Well known judge and fiber artist Wini Labrecque will be conducting a needle felting workshop at Cinco C's Alpacas. The workshop is scheduled for Saturday, February 24 at 10 a.m. in Port Allegany. The workshop includes expert instruction and material to make a 10" x 10" pillow or wall hanging from alpaca fiber. Lunch is included.

In October of 2006 Chris Gray from Song Hill Alpacas in NY, joined the family at Flying Pony Alpacas. Chris brings years of experience with her and will take of the charge of The Flying Pony marketing and sales. She will also be instrumental in further development of our well rounded breeding program. Look for our 2007 seminar series. We have something for soon to be, new, and experienced alpaca breeders. These pups are bred specifically for livestock guardianship. Both parents are working dogs on alpaca farms. We have 4 left to sell, 3 males and 1 female. All are rough coated and being started with alpacas. They were born Nov. 5th, 2007 and are already close to 40#s. they have great personalities and are all showing signs of being great guardians.
