Friday Volunteer Opportunities

9 AM until complete • 3 positions available
Set up Show - Set up show including folding boxes, setting up tables, arranging class boxes on tables

12 noon until 5 pm • 4 positions available
Fleece Check In Clerks - Verify entry ticket information, check ARI certificate, enter information on judging sheet, calculate annualized weight, weigh fleeces, color check  and fleece length

Saturday Volunteer Opportunities  

8 am – 12 noon and 12:30pm  – 5 pm • Minimum of 2 volunteers per shift
Class Set Up Clerks – remove fleeces from bag for judge, return fleeces to bags and boxes

8 am – 12 noon and 12:30 pm – 5 pm • 2 positions available
Fleece Show Scribe – record scores, total scores, check worksheet for completion and placement.

Sunday Volunteer Opportunities

8 am until end of judging • Minimum of 2 volunteers per shift
Class Set Up Clerks – remove fleeces from bag for judge, return fleeces to bags and boxes, assist Judge in awarding all ribbons
           
2 pm until all fleeces are picked up • 2 volunteer positions
Fleece Checkout clerk  - match fleece to tag, keeps to portion of fleece entry tag

Tear down & Load • 2 + positions available
Assist in folding boxes and cleaning up
